PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Yes!! Give him all the hugs and head-pats, he can be quite affectionate and will gladly return them in full if he likes you! (Though no romantic kisses unless the other character is about the same age or is Nene, and even that would fluster him something awful lmao)
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Y... YES... Hanako is canonically said to be good in a fight (though he leans dirty and underhanded in his methods at times) so he can hold his own if he runs into trouble! However, he's not invincible nor invulnerable, and has absolutely been ragdolled by those with the ability to exorcise supernaturals in the past, so I'm good with him getting his ass handled to him too should a thread come to it!
RELATIONSHIPS: Okay with him being on the receiving end of unrequited crushes, provided they're around the same age (so 13-15 tops) but :') He has A Type, and that type is Nene, although I don't mind seeing where things go with AUs or other developments! That said, he is absolutely FULL of issues (and also Dead) so anyone looking to engage in anything romantic with him will have to deal with his evil exes Self Loathing and Perpetual Masking before they can break through to him 8')
MAGICAL INFORMATION: So the obvious out of the way-- Hanako is a ghost! More specifically, a jibaku, a grounded (and arguably evil) spirit who's currently spent the past 50+ years bound to Kamome Academy and the spirit boundaries attached to it, although for the sake of threads/games (and probably the thousands of AUs in canon) we can be flexible about that particular detail lmao :') For those who can pick up on ghostly powers/aura, there is definitely a powerful and almost sinister vibe that comes off of him, albeit one that is muted and tamped down by the seal on his cheek. He's classified as a "supernatural" rather than a "ghost" in-series (the latter being said to fade away after a few years towards the afterlife) so there's something definitely More to him than just being your regular ghost with unfinished business, but as for what that is? WE DON'T KNOW 8'| He's also said to be able to grant wishes for the living in exchange for a price, but provided he's never quite been shown to do it in series might mean he either can't or avoids doing so unless it's a last ditch effort, so like... there's that too lmao
MEDICAL INFORMATION: He's dead!!! So no heartbeat, no scent, cold to the touch, slightly translucent when he wants to be, can float and phase through objects and people (although he can touch/be touched by others if they have a connection to the supernatural and/or are close to death, although that can be tweaked for ease of threads)-- so basically all of your standard ghostly attributes! He doesn't need to sleep or eat normal food, but has been seen doing both in the series, presumably to pass time/out of enjoyment (the pilot chapters claim ghosts can "eat" the flavor/texture/scents of regular food and I'll hold by that until canon proves otherwise lmao), and he can also bleed?? And blush?? despite not having an actual body?? So there is that too lmao
