PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Yes!! Give him all the hugs and head-pats, he can be quite affectionate and will gladly return them in full if he likes you, even more so when he's in Dreamer mode (though no kisses unless you are Nene lmao)

Hanako: PUNCH HIM, I BEG OF YOU, he's probably done something to deserve it-- though nothing that veers into too graphic or intense, please!
RELATIONSHIPS: Okay with him being on the receiving end of unrequited crushes, provided they're around the same age (so 13-15 tops) but :') He has A Type, and that type is Nene, and I don't have the heart to deviate from that :C
MEDICAL INFORMATION: So! Amane has congenital heart disease (meaning he was born with a defect in his heart), and has spent a good portion of his childhood in hospitals (or bedbound) thanks to the surgeries and complications that came with it. He's stabilized for the time being, thanks to some successful treatments, but he's still on various medications and can get ill easily with colds or infections if he's not careful. He can't do anything too physically strenuous as to not aggravate his condition, though he can still do moderate exercises and activities, i.e biking or running. He also has a few scars on his chest from said surgeries, which he's insecure about and will definitely be a deterrent for any beach episodes in the game 8') All of this is a moot point when it comes to his Dreamer form, though!

Also, Hanako is a teen boy with teen hormones and will inevitably make a naughty comment or two on occasion (though he will DEFINITELY be more toned down than his canon counterpart), so if that's something you don't want to deal with, also let me know and I'll make sure to avoid it in threads!

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL:
Amane: Short, skinny teenage boy (canonically 150 cm/4'11) with straight, choppily cut brownish-black hair and large, round amber eyes. His eyes in particular are distinctive as his irises look like crescent moons (how? anime logic, idk), which is one of the few things that sets him apart physically from his twin brother (that, and Amane's normal sized canines compared to Tsukasa's larger and sharper ones). He favors darker colored clothing over lighter ones (despite making him look more pale), and is generally a lot more put together and neat compared to his sibling. Main visual inspirations come from the Hanako-kun of Magic AU and the Teen School Drama AU!
Hanako: Slightly less skinny than his regular self (though still the same complexion and height), with his hair now a deeper purple shade with watermelon pink highlights and his eyes a more golden yellow! I'm awful at describing outfits, so here is a visual reference! Most notable features are his old-fashioned school cap (with crystal trim and moon emblem), the starry gradient on the ends of his swallowtail suit jacket and said cap, and the watermelon pink rope tied into a large bow near his back (because all mahous need a good butt bow), as well as wrapped around one of his belt loops. Visual inspiration largely comes from the Idol!Hanako AU!
AURAL: His Japanese seiyuu is Megumi "the GOAT" Ogata!! A pretty extensive clip of how he sounds is here (with examples of Amane from 5:08-5:31, though they sound the exact same), and as a fun bonus, she's also done a cover of the OP of the anime as well! (Which totally sounds like Hanako singing with a Mokke back-up band and it's wonderful) Overall, he's a lot more playful and flippant sounding while in Dreamer form, but still uses casual/semi-informal speech while in the waking world.

Amane: Clean smelling, with the occasional traces of coffee scent on his clothing thanks to the kissaten or fresh cut greenery thanks to the flower shop!
Hanako:like the toilet idk... some sort of unholy mix of donuts and floral scent??? I'll get back to y'all on this one

Amane: Shy and a bit reserved, though he opens up considerably when he's either comfortable around someone, or he's speaking about a favorite subject. He's not the most confident in himself, and can get easily embarrassed, but he's not quite timid, either. He is fairly good at acting (or at least keeping his cards close to his chest), though it can crack or fail under times of extreme emotional distress.
Hanako Playful, mischievous and outgoing-- he and his brother have been described as "cat-like" in canon, and it's the same in BD as well! He likes to sprawl out while floating or hang off of things (or occasionally people), and generally has a sly, cheeky energy to him.
